Cherry Creek Reservoir is a popular destination for tourists and locals seeking to escape the city and immerse themselves in nature. Swimming, waterskiing, jet skiing, fishing, and boating are among the many water sports available at the reservoir. The Rueter-Hess Reservoir is a lovely water source near the Frank Jaegar Dam.
